Does Easy-Arch™ come in one piece?

Most of our arches come in one piece. Some arches are delivered in multiple pieces due to UPS size limitation or non-standard size (custom) fabrication. Certain wider standard sizes may already be formed in 2 pieces. Please check with your dealer if your arch will be delivered in one piece or in multiples. Adjusta-Arch always comes in 2 pieces (front and rear). Sometimes the two pieces may also be cut crosswise in half.

Do you have any arches with web sizes that are other than 2x4 and 2x6 applications?

We carry adjustable arches which can be adjusted from 2.5" to 12.5" in web widths.

I have an opening that is 6'6" and you don't carry that size. Can you make one?

Yes, we can custom form all radii starting from 12".

Do you have sizes to fit radius windows from various window manufacturers?

Yes, most of our standard sizes are applicable to radius windows in the market.

Do you need to brace arches in any way?

t is made of 25 gauge galvanized steel. Although it is made of thin metal, the hemmed ridges and arched shape give additional rigidity.

I want to put an arch into a 1 ft. deep wall. How do I do it with Easy-Arch™?

You can either use 2 Easy-Arch™ in sequence or use adjustable arches.

How would a drywall attach to the inner side of Easy-Arch™?

Use a regular drywall or self-tapping screw.

How do I finish the corner?

There are flexible corner beads available in the market. Or, you can snip 1" to 2" sequence on one side of a regular galvanized corner bead and attach it to Easy-Arch™.

How is Easy-Arch™ better than others?

Standard arches are shipped within 24 hours. Custom (non-standard) arches are shipped within one week.
